About Me

​hello My beautiful Jem's 💎 My name is Jerica also Know as Trooestblue.  I am first generation born. of immigrant Dominican parents. I was born in New York City, when I turned 5 my mom moved us to the Bronx. I am a wife and mother. I graduated high School at 38 just to prove to my kids who are gen z's bye the way. that it can be done, and now at the age of 42 I have joined Miami media school, so that I can improve the message I have for the world.

Jem's  I can tell you that I am very untraditional when it comes to the way I do things And even learn things. I struggle with mental health, I have been diagnosed with depression, Post Traumatic Stress (Ptsd) and personality disorder. I manage my mental health with diet, exercise and most importantly my spirituality.

I enjoy posting content on TikTok. I have two segments one is called "no body asked you' series currently on season 5. I also have a 60 second segment of 'the philosophy of Trooestblue'

I wear many hats, I am a consultant/empathetic listener. I am currently in the path of becoming a journalist and occasionally I bring good vibes and energy by teaching dance at a local park or at Miami Strong"s patio.

I just want my jet's to leave smiling, happy,motivated and most importantly refreshed and ready to spark someone else. my love for my community is very important to me, you learned  a little bit about me but when you engage in my socials is all about you and your valued time you provide me. 'Time is valuable and its the only thing we would exchange for some currency so use it wisely as I don't take your time for granted' I invite all my beautiful Jem's to come on a wild ride with me as I can very unpredictable, spontaneous but more importantly than anything I am truthful what you see is what you get. the People you surround yourself is extremely important and that is why fostering community is important.
